The best is Migos' homemade galette... more expensive but better in every way.
Always good, but it's a shame it doesn't keep for long... Three or four days after buying it, the expiration date has already passed and the galette quickly becomes drier...
Good, I no longer have to drive from Zurich to Fribourg to buy them there.
