Why was the cheese removed again in Breitenbach?

Galbani Mozzarella is really popular and we regret that it is no longer available in Breitenbach. We have adjusted our range to make room for new products and to respond to our customers' wishes. Unfortunately, this sometimes means that certain items are no longer available in all stores. You can find the cheese in Aesch or Oberwil, for example. Always the same answer, why does Breitenbach need so many types of round normal mozzarella with liquid?
And you take away the only one for cooking?

Why has this mozzarella, the only one suitable for baking/cooking, disappeared from most 1M stores? For example, Döttingen, where there are countless variations of balls, pearls and classic round balls. This variety for the cold kitchen is extremely numerous. Why? Why this imbalance? I very much hope that the 400g firm mozzarella will return in the fall. Thank you!!!

Due to demand, this mozzarella is not available in every store. We regret not being able to give you better information. You can find it in the Bad Zurzach, Nussbaumen and Brugg stores, among others.
Basically, any mozzarella is suitable for baking or cooking.
You may also like the Alfredo Classico mozzarella stick, Galbani Mozzarella Maxi or the M-Budget Morrazella stick. All three are available in the store in Döttingen.

The Galbani Mozzarella 400g will be back in the range from mid-March. Until then you can switch to the products Galbani Mozzarella mini and Galbani Mozzarella balls of 150g.

Hello miakatze05, we are sorry that you are missing the Galbani mozzarella. We are currently in negotiations with the supplier and are therefore not placing any orders at the moment. As alternatives we recommend the M-Budget Mozzarella or the Alfredo Mozzarella . Best regards, your M-Infoline team
