I really like it. But in the new box I just bought, the cream in some of the cones was sour or spoiled. Were there any issues with that? I threw them away; the ice cream itself was fine otherwise.

Hello impreza1975, thank you for your feedback. We have consulted with our manufacturer. A review of our production records revealed no discrepancies. During production, we place the wafer in its packaging sleeve onto the production line and fill it with our carefully crafted ice cream. The product is then decorated and packaged. Quality controls are conducted continuously throughout the entire manufacturing process. Products that do not meet our standards are consistently removed from the process.
