I am an English customer so you my want to pass this message on to somebody who has a good understanding of English.
This morning whilst shopping in Migros Crissier I noticed a mistake in the description of your Denny's Country Frites. See if you can spot the mistake?

It reads extra dick! When in fact it should read extra thick!
This made me laugh especially when trying to explain the mistake to your staff this morning.
I'm sure their will be many people wanting extra dick or even better, extra thick dick but they will enjoy the frites either way.

However this is not a mistake on the packaging. The phrase ‘Ofenfrites extra dick’ in German means ‘oven fries extra thick’ in English.

Why are they actually more expensive than the organic oven fries?

Thank you for your question about our Denny's Country Oven Fries.
The price difference is due to the different manufacturing processes. Therefore, these two frites cannot be compared with each other.
For the organic oven fries, organic potatoes are cut, pre-fried and packaged.
Denny's Country Fries are also coated. This means that the fries are coated with an extra crispy coating in a separate process.
