Instead of tartare, I now always buy this to go with the Gschwellti. It is lighter and the garlic flavor is not as strong as with tartare. You can also eat it ready-made as it is lighter, really very tasty.

Shopping tourism has grown by another 10 percent, with consumers spending around 5 billion Swiss francs across the border ... I wonder why? The Swiss retail trade is already sleeping a little, because in Germany there is a huge selection of lactose-free products, to name just a few.
