Thank you very much. It says herbal vinegar. Isn't it alcohol-free then? And does the spice preparation contain alcohol as mustard? Thank you very much

@fatihoeztuerk When the vinegar bacteria have converted the alcohol into acetic acid, you get a vinegar that normally contains 5 - 6% acetic acid and a residual alcohol content of less than 0.5%.
