Why the new packaging? The lid is a catastrophic deterioration.
Hello niggu, thank you for your message. We are sorry that you are not convinced by the new closure. Unfortunately, due to the new EU regulations, we are no longer allowed to offer detachable lids. That is why we had to make an adjustment. The new design is lighter. This enables us to save plastic and make an important contribution to sustainability. However, the minimal change to the neck of the bottle may make it more awkward to handle. We are aware of this. Unfortunately, the amended guidelines make it more difficult for us to find a suitable alternative. Nevertheless, we are continuing to monitor the issue closely. Could you please tell me where this really tasty salad dressing is available in Austria? I know that it is made in Austria, but unfortunately I can't find it on the shelves here.
