Why does Migros sell chocolate with alcohol despite the alcohol ban? Only the bottom of the box shows that it contains alcohol.
Hello Bakur, alcohol is used as a flavoring agent in the food industry. Traditionally, truffles are always made with alcohol. The quantities of alcohol used in truffles are small: 1 carton of beer (3 dl), for example, contains five times more alcohol than 100 g of liqueur truffles.
