Good morning, I recently wanted to buy truffles again after a long time and realized that they all contain alcohol. Would it be possible to offer a dark truffle without alcohol?
I have asked for this again and again. But so far, unfortunately, without success. The black truffles without sugar would be great, but the cherry would be absolutely unnecessary and I don't like it either.

Please remove the cherry. It is too dominant and covers up the fine dark chocolate.

It is not true that a truffle always contains spirits. Absolutely wrong. The kirsch is unnecessary, a shame for the dark chocolate and too strong.

Please remove the whole milk powder, it does not belong in dark/black chocolate

In principle, a truffle always contains milk components according to Swiss food law. The whole milk powder has an influence on the texture and taste of the filling. Omitting it would change the texture and a substitute would have to be used, which would then also affect the taste.
