Hello Can you tell me whether so-called "dutching", i.e. treatment with alkaline solutions, was used in the manufacture of this product? Could you perhaps also send me a list of all Migros chocolates that have not undergone a dutching process? An input to Migros: You could simply mention on the packaging which process was used in the manufacture. Thank you very much. Greetings.

Hello whiteshark Thank you for your interest. We are happy to confirm that this process is not used for the Suprême Noir Authentique bar. Unfortunately, we do not have a list that we can send you. We will be happy to incorporate your suggestion regarding packaging printing into the next product revision. However, please do not be disappointed if we are unable to implement your suggestion. Why does this then have to be hidden under the name "flavoring" and cannot be shown and declared as such directly on the chocolate bar? Thank you for your prompt feedback.

In order to have a uniform declaration for all Chocolat Frey products, it was decided to declare flavouring in general, even if it is a natural flavouring. Why is Supreme Cafö & Cacao so rarely found on the shelves and not in all Migros stores?

Unfortunately, not all products can be listed in all stores for space reasons. Products that are less in demand or less popular with customers are sometimes only sold in larger stores. Sometimes only regionally and even then only in larger stores.
Unfortunately, Suprême Cafe & Cacao is not listed in the canton of Basel. Please let us know where you shop outside the Basel region. We will then let you know some stores where you can find your favorite chocolate.
