The bar is thin and beautifully presented. Much too bitter for me, but that's the point of 91% chocolate in real life.

I like my chocolate like I like my humor: black as night.
Not so bitter for a chocolate with such a high cocoa content of 91%, compared to other chocolates with around 90%. There is a certain melting quality, not too hard, crunchy. All in all, a good chocolate if you don't want something really sweet but real dark chocolate. The price is okay for a high-quality Swiss chocolate. I regret that Frey still doesn't have Max Havelaar or a better Fairtrade concept.
