Dear Sir or Madam,
I am interested in your product and would like to receive some information about it.
Does the product contain animal ingredients? If so, which animal do they come from and is there any contact with animal ingredients during the production process?
Does the product contain E-numbers?
Does the product contain alcohol or alcoholic derivatives or is alcohol used in the production process?
I would appreciate an answer. Thank you very much.
Yours sincerely
Hello uozsoy3, thank you for your inquiry. We are pleased that you are interested in Frey Risolettos. The products contain animal ingredients, including condensed milk and whole milk powder, which are derived from cow's milk. No other animal ingredients are used. The emulsifier lecithin (E322) is used in the composition. Alcohol is used as a carrier. We hope this information is helpful for you. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Is there a difference between Risoletto and Risoletto minis? We recently had the minis and they tasted nothing like I remembered them from my childhood. The caramel used to be firmer and tougher. The minis now were very soft. Absolutely not my cup of tea. What a shame! Are the Classic still like they used to be?
Hello SophieH2O, thank you very much for your contribution. What a shame that the mini versions didn't convince you. We would be happy to get to the bottom of the reason for the soft texture. To enable us to trace the manufacturing process precisely, please send us the following information:
- the barcode or article number
- the best-before date
- the batch or lot number
The article number is located near the Migros logo and contains a 7- or 12-digit sequence of numbers. The batch or lot number is generally located next to the best-before date. It usually begins with the letter L or a mixture of letters and numbers. Alternatively, you can also upload photos showing the requested information. Thank you in advance for your support. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why is the Risoletto with dark chocolate (dark red packaging) no longer available? I have already enquired at Migros and was told that larger branches still have the dark version! It was the best Risoletto for me, but unfortunately I've never seen it again. I only eat dark chocolate products!
Hello egsteiner, thank you for your message. No, unfortunately the Risoletto noir is no longer available, only the brown and white ones. We are very sorry about that! Fortunately, our chocolate range is huge, so you're sure to find an alternative that you also like. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I tried risoletto again a few months ago, having not eaten any for maybe a year or so. But I find that they now have some kind of fruity aftertaste, as if strawberry or raspberry or currant flavoring has been added. Is that the case? And why was it done this way? I certainly don't like it as much as before. It should be either chocolatey or fruity, but not a mixture of both.
Hi mintaka Thank you for your feedback. The Risoletto are still unchanged and have no new recipe. Did you only notice this change in a single bar or in several? If not, you are welcome to give us the lot number of an affected Risoletto. We are here for you and send you our best regards from the M-Infoline team

Why is the white version only available in small portions? and no longer in 42g format?
Hello schleckermaul79 Thank you very much for your inquiry and your interest in our Risoletto Blanco bars. We regret to inform you that we removed this chocolate from our range at the end of 2012 as a result of the range optimization. One of Migros' tasks is to monitor market developments and identify new trends. Unfortunately, items that sell less and less well are sometimes removed from the range. We hope you find another chocolate in our wide range that you like just as much and wish you a good day. Your M-Infoline team

Will there be another inflatable risoletto this summer?
Hello guest
Thank you for your inquiry.
The inflatable risoletto was a one-off give-away in combination with a promotional offer. There are currently no plans to repeat it.
We hope for your understanding and wish you a sunny spring day.

What a pity!!!!!! Our children love playing with it!!!!
The same product without the Risoletto design would certainly be a bestseller!!!

The price has gone from 60cts to 1.20frs in ten years... I don't think salaries have risen that much, except perhaps that of the Migros manager.
Hello
We have received your message and would like to thank you for it. Please allow us to provide you with some information concerning the price structure of the product concerned.
The price of the 42g Risoletto bar has never been lower than 80 centimes since 2006 (our system goes back to 2006 data). The bar then rose to 90 centimes (2008), to 1 franc the following year (2009), then to 1 franc 20 ct. (2011). This total increase of 40 centimes over the last 5 years is due to the massive rise in cocoa prices. Thanks to a mixed profitability calculation, these prices can be corrected, but in many cases by far not all of the increase in price is passed on to the consumer. We assure you that we take such measures only after careful consideration.
We hope you find this information useful.
Best regards Your M-Infoline team

No, I'm sorry.
Not only has the price of cocoa not risen that much, but Risoletto contains only 29% cocoa (look at the list of ingredients).
So your answer is a pretext.
Hello
The price of cocoa, milk powder and sugar all rose sharply last year. The media also published articles on the subject. Our suppliers sourced their raw materials during this period, i.e. when prices were high. The raw materials concerned are the main constituents of chocolate and account for a large proportion of production costs. With no sign of an easing in the market, we are in turn forced to factor the extra costs into our selling prices. It is only when the international economic situation is favorable that Migros can offer good product quality with a Swiss production site in the long term.
Best regards

ah the Risoletto... my whole childhood! Back then, at the end of the 80s, risoletto cost 50 centimes, twice as much today!

well and again 20 centimes extra and then grumbling about the rip-off from abroad!!! Migros is not much better!!! Bigger packaging and less content etc...
Hello guest
The contents and packaging of this product have not changed. It should also be noted that Risoletto is produced in Switzerland and therefore cannot benefit from the current price fluctuations.
The prices of cocoa, milk powder and sugar rose sharply at the beginning of the year. During this period, our suppliers had to stock up. In other words, they had to procure raw materials at these high prices. As the main ingredient in chocolate, these raw materials account for a large proportion of the costs. As there is no sign of the markets calming down, we have to factor some of the additional costs into our sales prices.
