Hello.... Will cashew nut coaties ever resurface??? thank you.
Hello laure-federiconi, thank you very much for your question. Unfortunately, not all our customers have been as enthusiastic about Nut Coaties salted cashews as you have been. We have therefore withdrawn them from our range. There are currently no plans to reintroduce them. However, we have forwarded your request to our specialist department. I have just seen that the complaint about the excess weight of raisins in the mix has been an issue before. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. I keep coming across packs where the pieces of candied orange peel are completely missing and you can count the nuts on barely two hands. If I only want grapes with chocolate, I can buy a cheaper bar. So when will the problem be rectified as promised below and a more balanced mix be introduced?
Sali Federwolke Thank you for your feedback. We understand your annoyance and that you are not happy with the unbalanced mixing ratio. Unfortunately, it is not possible to have exactly the same amount of each variety in the bag, as they cannot be counted. The dragées are tipped onto a large table, mixed by hand and packed. Counting would be far too time-consuming and would make the product considerably more expensive, but it should not happen that a variety is almost completely missing from the bag. We have made our employees aware of the incident and made them aware of the problem. They will pay more attention to the mixing ratio in future. I prefer the almonds with dark chocolate. Unfortunately, there are hardly any of them in the pack. Are these also available separately?

We are very sorry that you have received a bag that has hardly any almonds coated with dark chocolate. It can happen that at the start of production or when production is resumed (e.g. after a malfunction) the ingredients are not yet perfectly mixed. Unfortunately, there will always be bags that contain more or less of one ingredient or another.
We are happy to recommend our Frey Les Dragées Princess (art. no. 1013.031). These are almonds with a milk chocolate coating dusted with cocoa powder. Unfortunately, we do not have a dark chocolate version in our range.

It's a shame that this dragée mix is not only available in brown chocolate. I don't like the black ones at all, especially the hard ones. That's why I only buy a pack now and again.
