This chocolate does not contain any added sugar, the content of usable carbohydrates is much lower compared to conventional chocolate. There is certainly nothing wrong with eating a Noxana bar from time to time. However, it should be borne in mind that the calorie content is not significantly lower than that of normal chocolate. Whether you eat less fat or fewer carbohydrates/sugar: successful weight control is ultimately always a question of energy balance :-)

I also eat a low carb diet and love this chocolate. Of course, it has a relatively high KH content, but that's due to the cocoa, which naturally has a lot of KHs ;) But I can easily have a row a day. :)
