Once again, we find big differences in the quality of this calcium milk in the red packaging. We can judge this because we use a milk frother every day and some time ago this milk did not froth at all, so we even sent our milk frother for repair. But it was ok. We then changed the milk for a few weeks and then used the calcium milk again and what a surprise, it foamed just like in the past. And now we have a few liters of this milk again that doesn't foam. Somehow the quality control doesn't seem to be in order. Perhaps others have had similar experiences? I wonder if Migros has an explanation. Greetings to all. Rainer

Thank you for your comment. We have not made any changes to the production or filling process.
In response to your message, we have tested some retained samples from different production series of Calcium milk with a standard milk frother. There were no problems, the milk always formed a nice, fluffy froth.
The differences you noticed may be caused by seasonal fluctuations in the milk. As it is also a product that is enriched with calcium, this can also have an influence on the foam formation.
