What does Frey's Blue Mouse taste like? Cocoa or pineapple or both? I'm very curious and can't guess?

Hello Laetitiajaccoud, thank you for your request. The blue mouse is filled with chocolate. It does not contain pineapple. Sincerely, your M-Infoline team

Hello, the new recipe for chocolate mice really is a big disappointment. Enjoying Migros mice is a tradition for us at Christmas: after the Christmas carols with all the family (now almost 40 people), we have chocolate mice! Crunchy dark chocolate, slightly runny filling. The new mice are just as soggy as the ones from Coop and all the others (unanimous opinion of the whole clan). Can you tell us where the old mice are still available? Those or none, thank you very much.

Thank you very much for your message KuKo. We have adjusted the recipe for the fondant mice in the standard and Christmas range since 2014. This means that the old fondant mice are no longer available from us. During internal tastings, the new recipe was rated as better, which subsequently prompted us to make this adjustment. However, we regret that the new fondant mice no longer taste as good as before. We will keep your input on file and take it into account whenever possible when we revise our product range. We cannot promise that we will be able to implement your request. And yet: We value your opinion! Best regards, Your M-Infoline Team

Why are the mice wrapped in yellow paper inedible? They've ended up in the garbage can, which is a shame because the others are very good?

Hello Vodoz, Thank you for your comment and we apologize for the delay in responding. Generally speaking, mice have different fillings and flavors, which can be recognized by the color of the packaging. As always, tastes and preferences differ from person to person. We're very sorry if you don't like the yellow mice. We hope someone you know will like them, so they don't end up in the garbage can. Alternatively, you can send them to us at the M-Infoline - one of us is a big fan of the yellow mice. Best regards, Your M-Infoline team

It's scandalous to throw food in the garbage can?

Dear Migros, are these really the chocolate mice that used to have a liquid sugar filling? This would explain why I've been desperately searching for the best chocolate mice in the whole of Switzerland for two years now... but I would also find this a great pity, as they are no longer recognizable and no longer stand out from all the other chocolate mice! but I would also find this a great pity, as they are no longer recognizable at all and no longer stand out from all the other chocolate mice! So are they or aren't they? Best regards, A2F4 (with the faint hope that they aren't after all...)

Hello A2F4, we have been sourcing our chocolate mice from the same manufacturer as our ladybugs for some time now. They are therefore the fondant mice you are looking for. Those responsible at the specialist department have subjected the mice to an internal tasting and were unable to detect any deviations. We are sorry that they no longer suit you. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why has the quality of this product been changed?

Hello Migroskind91 Thank you for your question about the fondant mice. During internal tastings, the new recipe was rated as better, which subsequently led us to make this adjustment. We are aware that this evaluation process can never satisfy all tastes. Nevertheless, we are sorry if the mice no longer taste as good as before. We hope that you will find another sweet favorite from our range and wish you a good time. Best regards from the M-Infoline team
