Why has Frey changed the recipe.... it is by no means the same chocolate.

Hello Rogue1, thank you for your comment, which we will be happy to investigate. To enable us to trace the manufacturing process, we would ask you to provide us with the best-before date and the batch number. You will generally find the latter next to the best-before date. It usually starts with the letter L or a mixture of letters and numbers. Thank you in advance for your support. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

My pupils want to know: Why is the Tourist chocolate called Tourist?

Dear guest
Thank you for your interest.
Unfortunately, there is no information on the origin of the name of our "Tourist". One explanation could be that the name was derived from the contents of the table. Nuts and raisins used to be called "trail mix". This snack was taken on trips (school trips, hikes, etc.). As a traveler, you are also a "tourist" and so it could be that the table was also called that back then. But this is just a guess on our part.
We hope this helps you and wish you and your class a sunny rest of the week. Your M-Infoline team

The best chocolate in the world! Lots of raisins, lots of nuts/almonds: I love it!

On the other hand, could you avoid over-wrapping the plates when you sell them in packs of three? I know that this allows you to offer a better price for a larger quantity, but there must be another solution (like adding a label like this one [5.10 CHF / 3 x 100 g] next to the label like this one [1.80 CHF / 100 g] and integrating a function in your cash registers that subtracts 30 ct from the 3rd/6th/9th/...th plate bought, or instructing your cashiers to scan a bar code they've got from a catalog, for example).

Hello Deviant Lily
Thank you so much for taking the time to write to us.
We really appreciate that you like our Tourist chocolate so much. We can't promise you that your idea for packaging the bars in action will come to fruition. But good ideas are always welcome!
We wish you a beautiful sunny day.
Best regards Your M-Infoline team

Tourist is my favorite chocolate from the Migros range. Can it also be bought in New Zealand and if so, where?

Hello tourist
We are delighted that you like our Tourist chocolate so much.
Migros only sells its products in its stores in Switzerland and in Germany and France near the border (Etrembières, Val Thoiry).
We recommend that you have the chocolate sent to you privately.
Best regards from the M-Infoline team
