Why are there hardly any nuts in it now?
Hello gelsomina22, thank you very much for your contribution. We will be happy to follow up on your comment. So that we can trace the manufacturing process precisely, we would ask you to send us the best-before date and the batch number of the last pack you purchased. You will generally find these next to the best-before date. It usually starts with the letter L or a mixture of letters and numbers. Thank you in advance for your valuable support. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello gelsomina22, thank you very much for your feedback. We take your experience very seriously! Could you please send us a photo of the chocolate in question? That way we can get an idea of the nuts present. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Excuse me?

Okay. Sorry, the chocolate has been eaten. 🤣
Hello gelsomina22, thank you for your patience. The specialist department confirmed that there was no adjustment to the recipe. We therefore tested retained samples. These showed a balanced nut content. We therefore assume that there was a selective deviation in the dosing system during production. If this only affects a few bars, the fault is not noticeable. We have asked all the responsible departments to carry out the checks carefully. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team
