I'm obviously not the only one who thinks the Noir Spécial is extremely good.
How about a version with roasted almonds? I often ate this in Spain and it's a delicious combination. You can also buy it from a chocolatier here in Switzerland, but the chocolate is too sweet for my taste.

I eat this chocolate very often. But even better until about half a year ago were the 80g bars from Ghana/Venezuela/... with approx. 65% cocoa. They were quite expensive, but extremely tasty. Will there be something similar again in the future?

The Le monde du cacao chocolates Venezuela, Ecuador and Ghana have been removed from our range due to low demand.
In addition to the Noir Spécial 72% cocoa chocolate, we also offer other alternatives. For example, in the Suprême line, the two products Noir Satin with 69% cocoa and Noir Authentique with 78% cocoa. The organic chocolate Max Havelaar Cremant has a cocoa content of 53%.
