55% cocoa is far too little for a dark chocolate. With 44% sugar, almost half of it is sugar! Extremely poor taste. The typical cocoa flavor is missing, just tastes sweet. I am totally disappointed with this product. Even the organic and Fairtrade label is no consolation.
