Thank you very much for your reply. The manufacturer used to be declared (with the old name "JOWA"). Today it only says "made in Switzerland". How can I find out whether the products come from Fresh food beverage or not?

Emulsifiers such as E471 and E472 (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids) or E475 (polyglycerol esters of fatty acids), which we use to make this Swedish cake, are always of vegetable origin. Our manufacturer, the Fresh Food & Beverage Group, always uses vegetable fats and oils or butter for the production of bread and baked goods. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

According to our specialist department, all products manufactured by theFresh Food and Beverage Group ("FFB Group" for short) are labeled in the same way.
