However, the yeast activity starts earlier with liquid yeast. The amount of yeast to be used depends on the ingredients used and the chosen production process. I have a bread recipe where I have to add 15g of yeast and 2.5 dl of water to the flour (500g). If I now use liquid yeast, do I still have to add the 2.5 dl of water or can I leave it out?

What is the reason for offering liquid yeast! In my opinion, it brings no advantages! Is it probably because desk clerks need to improve their innovation statistics! Definitely not a customer need! And they won't sell a gram more yeast overall! As a customer, I would prefer fewer products, but ones that are well cared for and always available!
