Hello Jasgaba, we're sorry that you're having difficulties with the shopping list. It may help if you uninstall the app completely and download it again. Please note: If you do this, it will remove the linked payment methods and you will then have to add them again. Best regards, Susi

yes, that was clear to me, it was like that last time^^ my father doesn't live with me and is instructed to do so. that i write the list and it synchronizes with him so that he can shop independently with the app and subito go, it's just stupid if you then have to enter all the data again, i have to drive around every time because of it....

Not only do the items entered disappear. The number of items also miraculously changes (248 x pepperoni???). For me, this means "back to basic" and writing a shopping list by hand, as I can no longer rely on all the items that were noted on the shopping list during the week still being there when I go shopping.
Dear Jasgaba The shopping list no longer works properly for me either! The migros-infoline has not been able to help either. I can only hope for an update soon and that this bug will be fixed! However, it annoys me that the responsible IT people act as if every person is an individual case with the same problem...

Hi Sibylle, I also have the problem with the number of items. (18 x 1 lemon). I have now switched my shopping list back to paper.... The app doesn't update the items either. This means, for example, that 5 items have already been entered. Each additional item is not saved. At least that's how it is for me. Migros-Infoline has been informed....

exactly, for me it was once 6x times 4x something and now all the shopping lists are gone.....

it seems to be working again, i only had 82 soy sauce on my list now^^
