Hello dear community, suddenly my beloved apple curd, the taste of which reminded me of my childhood, was no longer available... who misses this curd?

It's a pity that none of the wholesalers in Switzerland offer the "niche product" apple flavor, because the top sellers always have to be on the shelves, not what attracts customers to the store and keeps them loyal.
I already complained about this in 2016 when my favorite organic apple/pear yoghurt was removed from the range in favor of vanilla, stracciatella and then later maple syrup. But nobody cares. They always talk about local and sustainable, but in practice things are different (both in terms of supply and demand). The only hip thing is what comes from far away, because you can afford it.

I think it's always difficult for Migros here: to offer enough organic products, to offer enough vegan products without throwing out popular items. Migros will have sacrificed the weakest 2... :(
Yes, that's a real shame. We could use our Cumulus data to inform customers who buy products frequently when their favorite quark is removed from the range. A missed opportunity for the customer experience, isn't it?
Was in the shopping basket weekly for the last >5 years and something our 3 kids loved to eat in the morning or evening. The product is sorely missing! Especially in Switzerland, where apples are a locally produced fruit that seems to lose out to banana quark, for example. For me as a customer, this is incomprehensible.
Migros can set itself apart from other retailers and the standardized product range by offering a natural quark with regionally produced fruit. As a customer, I am prepared to pay a little more for this. Mango quark (whether organic or not) is by no means an alternative for me - luckily there are Swiss farm stores etc. And the longer the more I make my own quark and yoghurt with natural products and fresh fruit - that's fine too

The carpet floor doesn't care what we want, their sinecures/sales have to be right. They prove that they don't care about us with all the new products, which have absolutely nothing to do with "Dutti's" Migros basic idea. Even with all the price increases, I'm not the only one asking myself the question: was it necessary or is it just to maximize profits so that sales are right again because fewer and fewer of us "old Migros kids" are coming to shop? One bad decision after another. All the "non-alcoholic drinks and other branded products" are partly to blame, because they not only contradict each other massively, but are also to blame for the fact that good and long-standing own products have been or will be thrown out. Migros Gäuggeli will be completely rebuilt in the next six months and I'm not the only one who is dreading what it will be like afterwards. www.suedostschweiz.ch/gaeuggeli23

The whole range is being changed? I remember reading something similar: The NON-FOOD range is being adapted and rearranged; to make it clearer when the products are own brands, they are being given different, Migros-clearer brand names. For example, the CUCINA & TAVOLA brand disappears and is replaced by MIGROS KITCHEN & CO. Underwear is no longer sold under the JOHN ADAMS and ELLEN AMBER brands, but under the stupid name MIGROS ESSENTIALS. MIGROS MEN, MIGROS WOMEN and MIGROS KIDS would be much better, so that there is a clear distinction again. But it has to be Migros-complicated... But I can't remember that the WHOLE range is to be changed.

Apparently, the upper echelons of Migros consider us customers "too stupid" to notice the difference between own brand and non-own brand. MIGROS MEN, MIGROS WOMEN and MIGROS KIDS would be much better, so that there is a clear distinction again. But it just has to be Migros-complicated... ...that's right. By the way, dear Migros, I will "never" buy branded products from you.

Is Migros slowly turning into a drinks market? Among the news again x new, unnecessary varieties. 🤦♀️
