Furthermore, we found no signs of abnormalities either in the samples we received or in the associated production documents. In view of these results, we cannot explain the cause of your experience. I have noticed several times that meat products in promotional packs are not of the same quality as regularly bought products (more gristle, greasier, bad fatty taste, oversalted, etc.). Could this be the reason?
I have also observed this over the years. I think the salt and fat content was slowly reduced. It's healthier now, but the taste has also gone down the drain. I've noticed the same thing with yogurts, for example.
