Hello everyone, I have read that the Tea Time line has unfortunately been discontinued.
Our absolute favorite was the Fantastic Berries. Which M-Budget tea should replace it?
Thank you very much!

Hello Smarties9, thank you for your inquiry. As you rightly point out, there has been a change. Your favorite is now available with a slightly adapted recipe as M-Budget wild berry tea. I wish you unforgettable moments of pleasure. Best regards, Tabea

Hello 1Monkey4u, thank you for your inquiry. We have discontinued the "Tea Time" brand and revised the packaging concept. The majority of our articles are now assigned to the "M-Budget" brand and are available in the classic M-Budget packaging design.
With this change, our aim is to improve the recognizability and price level structure on the shelf for our customers. We have only made a slight change to the recipe for this tea. Best regards, Alex

Adapted recipe = cheaper to produce but worse in taste 😂😂

Of course!
And because you're ashamed of M-Budget (looking at you, mayonnaise tube marketing boss), the next redesign of "Migros Breakfast & Co." is sure to come within the next 12 months.
By the way: The Tuca Passion successor "Migros
Pas
Sion"
is sure to go down extremely well in Valais 🥴

The marketing department didn't think outside the box 😂😂😂😂

And Fantastic Original, the BEST of the Tea Time teas, didn't even make it back into the range 😩 It was sooo delicious with strawberry and raspberry! It was our family tea since I was a teenager... I loved sipping it with my mom during the cold season...

I have now bought the Budget. It doesn't taste as berry as before. I made the comparison because I still have original tea bags from the predecessor. If I had known it was going to disappear, I would have stocked up. Tea lasts forever.
The marketing department didn't think outside the box 😂😂😂😂
And all without informing consumers at the shelf. Instead, I get new information every week about new products that nobody wants. Where is the information about the products that are disappearing?

Migros has been "purring" its way out of this for years by saying that the effort would be too great and that customers are already inundated with information anyway and that this would be overlooked.
These are not real arguments and are just excuses.
Such a list would be minimal to place somewhere and the data can be retrieved via an interface from SAP (or whatever system is used there). Product A still available until date XY etc. The basis for this is stored in the system anyway when an article is discontinued. All that is needed is an interface and a small placeholder on the website.
And a customer only calls up such information if they are interested in it. Therefore, no one is bombarded with even more information. Personally, for example, I am not (or no longer) interested in new products and promotions. This information is therefore irrelevant to me and I never access it. As a result, I am only "bombarded" with a little information about Migros.
Therefore: More excuses than arguments and no sense of innovation (unless it costs nothing).
