Please take this rice back into the range. I don't believe Migros Marketing that the demand wasn't right. Because it was the best ridotto rice in the range.

I have yet to find a risotto rice that is as good as Ribe, and I have found that Ribe is not the same as Ribe.

The Ribe rice was also parboiled. I have not yet found any parboiled risotto rice.

Yes, my children only eat this Ribe risotto. I can't believe that this rice is rarely bought, in my opinion it's the absolute gourmet risotto! At Ben's they know this too, but unfortunately the price is twice as high. So, we'll have to go to Italy and visit the producer directly...:-)))
The Nutrex rice mill has Ribe parboiled ;-) They gave me the name of a store in my area that they supply. But, I don't want to put you off traveling to Italy :-)

My children grew up with my saffron pepperoni risotto - it was always a highlight. But without risotto ribe, it's banned from my kitchen forever. Dear Migros, add risotto ribe back to your range.

The Ribe risotto was also the best for me and I am just as disappointed and desperate that it is no longer available. I've already tried the "alternative" and I find it dreadful, sorry... Migros gives serious food for thought...
Solution: There are other wholesalers that surely have rice that fits !

Coacoa200 is right: unfortunately, the much-anticipated response did not materialize. Demand continued to fall, so we decided to discontinue the Ribe rice. Naturally, I informed the specialist department about your wish to find your favorite back with us. The department managers are prepared to address the issue as part of the next product range review. If necessary, they will reconsider the decision and try again. After all, our aim is to offer goods that are appreciated. I can't offer you a 1:1 alternative at the moment. In the meantime, I have found a solution for myself. Since the packet looks almost the same and the rice looks the same, I tried the classic long grain rice. Every Italian will probably have a crisis now. It's clear that it's not risotto rice, but I prefer it grainy rather than soggy anyway and I like it that way...
