Please add the protein-rich cheese "Quäse" / Harzer Käse to your range! It has been popular in Germany for years, especially among fitness enthusiasts and people who value a protein-rich diet.
The demand for such products is much greater today than it was a few years ago. I noticed that the last post about quesadillas in this forum was over eight years ago. Back then, the topic of protein products was hardly relevant, so I understand why it wasn't included then. But why it's still missing today is honestly a mystery to me. Quäse would be the perfect addition to a modern, healthy snack range.
