You can really see it in the reviews. The powder used to have lots of 5-star ratings. And now?
You’d think you’re picking out popular products, making them worse, and then, when they don’t sell as well, taking them out of the lineup.

I no longer have the receipt because I assumed the product was the same. That's why I can't return it.
You can also see from the reviews of the protein powder that I’m not the only one who feels this way, no matter how you mix it. That extra 1 gram of protein is exactly what doesn’t mix in (or even more). It would be really nice if they could change this back. They’ve also changed the sweetness. It’s now extremely sweet, whereas I actually liked that it was only very slightly sweet originally.

For example, through cheaper raw materials or by padding the product with something else—so that the customer ends up paying more than the product is actually worth. It’s ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS about profit. (Unfortunately) this answer applies to every single one of these questions. But no one is honest enough to admit it 😉

But no, they had to outsource production to Germany and therefore change the recipe. The feedback on the new product: devastating. But of course, they want the “best possible product” for their customers—even though everyone was already satisfied. And these excuses just make people even angrier! I ordered one online that doesn't have any artificial sweeteners. It dissolves really well, tastes like vanilla, and doesn't leave a sweetener aftertaste in your mouth 😅
