But now I see that the yoghurt only has 4.4 grams of protein. That's about the same as normal natural yoghurt. No matter whether organic or M-budget. It's always about 4.4 g / 100 g. The M-Budget yogurt has the most protein at 4.6 grams. And is very cheap. Next time I will buy the M-Budget yoghurt. Why does your Greek yoghurt Yogos only have 4.4 g protein and not the usual 10 g?
