Please explain to me clearly and simply why the price of o.b. tampons has gone up.
Until now, the pack (Super Plus, 32 pieces) cost CHF 4.50 (after the VAT rate adjustment; previously CHF 4.95), and now we’re supposed to pay CHF 5.30 for it? Why?

I couldn’t care less about a redesign. Here, you’re paying a lot of money for something you didn’t choose. A price increase of almost 18% is NOT OK.

For a while, the shelves were empty, and when asked, they said there were delivery issues. It was probably more a matter of a new business model and price negotiations.
