New design = cost-cutting measures in terms of quality?

I have just bought a three-pack of "Choco Carré" (currently not available on Migipedia, left pictures "old", right pictures "new"). There was a "new design" sticker on the packaging. However, there is no mention that the recipe has been completely changed and the biscuits no longer have anything to do with the "old" Choco Carre. It has half as many nuts and no cocoa butter. And you can taste it. Zero nut flavor, just cheap chocolate. They taste awful. And Migros charges 3.70 a packet for this cheap product? How dare you! Shame on you!
