I would be in favor of reintroducing this sauce to the range and also offering other variations, as I think it was the best sauce that simply went with everything.

It really can't be true that the sauce has been taken out of the range. It was the best sauce ever.
Why is the best sauce being taken out of the range? We are disappointed and hope that the sauce will be reinstated. It has been on the table at every barbecue so far and was loved by young and old alike.
We are of exactly the same opinion! Great product - it's just a shame that only specific stores stock it!

Hi chasam2010, thank you for your message. I'm sorry you're missing a family favorite. I understand that missing a favorite product is disappointing. Unfortunately, the desired demand did not materialize. This prompted us to no longer offer this variant. Susi has already addressed the issue and forwarded the messages in this forum to the relevant specialist department. The department managers will take up the matter as part of the next product range redesign. If necessary, they will reconsider the decision and try again. I hope our efforts are in your interest. We too, and especially our daughter, are very disappointed that we can no longer get the sauce. We very much hope that it will be back in the range.
It's starting to get on my nerves. Yet another tried-and-tested and good product being taken away from us consumers. An "alternative" is then offered just to improve the margin.... Hello? It's about the customers, not the carpet floor. Another disgraceful way of dealing with customers!
