I think mango is a much better option. I can make apple myself. Mango is too big for my household.

I don't like eating a whole mango on its own🤔. I can't mix it fresh into a natural quark. It's just too much for me. An apple is more practical for me. I didn't make myself clear.

I love the apple quark, it's unique. It's a shame it's being dropped from the range. It's nerdy.

We review our range at regular intervals and endeavor to offer organic products in every area of the range. This means that sometimes conventional items have to make way for organic products. In addition, we do not have the space on our shelves to stock every item twice (standard and organic quality). To make room for new products, the M-Classic variant had to be removed from the range. This means that we have now replaced the apple quark with other organic varieties. Unfortunately, however, the flavor you are looking for is not included. Unfortunately, we are very restricted when it comes to flavors in organic products. We are not allowed to use flavorings (sweeteners) with organic buds, so unfortunately we were not able to introduce an organic apple variant. Best regards, Mia

The margin on organic products is known to be much higher. It is therefore worthwhile for Migros to remove M Classic and even more so M Budget products from its range. Customer friendliness is different.

Why would you bring out an organic version of an item that is "not selling well" when organic is sure to be bought less than normal (because it's more expensive)? The explanation makes zero sense, especially if you know that no sweeteners are allowed in it. Throwing up your hands and saying we're not allowed to use sweeteners is also a bit weird. leave the classic apple on the shelf. period. for those who just love it and that's exactly why they go to migros and buy other things because they're in the store. well. One M less in customer loyalty. it's not always the top products that make the sales, but the niche, which is why people go to migros and make additional purchases, e.g. for the next few days. apple quark: not a penny in revenue. weekly shopping with apple quark: lots of pennies in revenue. 😉
That's exactly how it was. I went to Migros for products that I could only get there. At the same time, I also did my weekend shopping there. Migros no longer stocks many items or replaces them with organic crap. Then there's no bulk shopping there either 🤷🏼♀️ I'd say it's my own fault.
