I am disappointed and frustrated that Migros has quietly removed the M-Budget Espresso ground coffee—a favorite among consumers—from its product range. It also bothers me that Migros apparently has no interest in offering its customers an alternative product in this price range. Like many other consumers, I really enjoyed the great aroma and the excellent value for money of this coffee. Since I’m not willing to switch to a comparable coffee from Migros that costs just under 4 francs more, I’ve now turned to the competition’s coffee. They offer a coffee of comparable quality at the old prices.
Sorry, Migros, you’re totally screwing your customers over... but not me—you can go to hell.
Think about your strategy—you certainly aren’t winning any customers this way; on the contrary.
