Hello, there was no 1/2 liter coffee cream in the Mühlematt today (Monday) either! It would have been appropriate to offer the 250 ml version as a special offer. Nobody can understand why this coffee cream has been missing for more than 2 weeks. What is actually the problem?

Hello, yes, there was a delivery delay and it was supposed to be over by the end of last week. That's not even possible, because there is enough coffee cream in other stores. Why are there delays in delivery that take so long?

Hello Vreny3, thank you very much for your feedback. I'm sorry that the coffee cream is still missing. Genossenschaft Basel has just informed me that, unfortunately, there have been delays in delivery of the 500 ml version and problems with availability in Oberwil. We apologize for the inconvenience.
