My mother ordered from Café Royal and received this chocolate for free. She was thrilled and happily announced that from now on she would only buy this Frey chocolate at Migros. Unfortunately, we then realized that they don't even exist in Migros, only in some German online store - they don't exist. Could Migros please make my mother a little happier and add this chocolate bar to their range? Thank you very much.

Yes, they look slightly different from those produced for the foreign market. But the recipe is probably the same. But the domestic version is only sold in Migros. Frey is not the only manufacturer to package its products differently for different markets. Halba, for example, packages its conventional chocolates differently for tourism - for example in paper with photos of Swiss cities. However, this is no different to the chocolate that is sold in the normal packaging on the Coop shelves.

As a Frey Schoggi eater, my mother knows them of course, she knows all the Frey milk chocolates, but the ones you mentioned are different - not all chocolates are the same - right? The one I mentioned is supposed to taste better than all the ones I've tried so far... so please introduce it throughout Switzerland, can't be that you have to go on a shopping spree for Frey Schoggi?

@Twilight Do a blind comparison with your mother. I'm almost 100% sure that she won't notice any difference or won't be able to tell which is the export version. 😉 I'm looking forward to the result....

Guys, it's Mother's Day, are you seriously doubting my mother's wishes? Maybe it's because you don't have as refined taste buds as my mother, she clearly sensed a difference. If she says she wants this chocolate at Migros, then she can have it. Incidentally, she found the Friletti almost the same, but a bar never tastes the same as a thin bar, that's just the way it is. I like the 70% mini bars from Alnatura, for example, but I don't like the big bar at all, it's a huge difference! difference. But nowadays people are just like that, everything is ok, good, tastes good, doesn't matter. We are picky eaters, unfortunately...
