I haven't found the Délice raspberry dessert here? I'm not at all happy with the new 'recipe' and wanted to know if I'm the only one. In my opinion, a super product has been replaced by a one-size-fits-all product.

Hello dear Migros team I am also extremely disappointed, as is my mother. We loved the old Delice raspberry dessert with the whole raspberries. Now it is very artificial, reminiscent of a jelly-like jam and of course there are no whole raspberries. It's really not fine compared to the other one. So unfortunately we don't buy it anymore. I would really be so happy if they could go back to the old recipe. I really miss the old ones, they were my favorite yogurts for years and I think they used to have a blackberry flavor? A long time ago there was something like that in the Coop, but it hasn't been there for a long time. I was always very happy because I enjoyed a Delice with the old recipe practically every day. Thank you dear Migros team, if you could please check whether the old recipe could be chosen again, because it was brilliant! And we are certainly not the only ones with this opinion!

I haven't tried the new ones yet. I'll have to make up for it in that case so that I can form an opinion. I always liked them very much, also because of all the berries. There used to be a variety with blueberries. They were also very tasty.

Hello Erdbaerchen, hello Lily1966, thank you very much for your contributions. I'm sorry that the tried and tested pleasurable experiences didn't materialize. In view of your description, I understand your disappointment. There have indeed been adjustments. The changes are due to a change in the production process: The plant at the new location is set up differently. We therefore had to switch to a new cup format, which is now 150 grams instead of 125 grams - although the price has remained the same. Secondly, we are now using pasteurized raspberries instead of fresh, frozen fruit, which is noticeable in the taste. However, this procedure has the advantage that the product has a longer shelf life. For the reasons outlined above, a return to the previous variant is unfortunately not feasible. Nevertheless, it is important to us to meet the preferences of our customers in the best possible way. I have therefore submitted your feedback to the relevant specialist department. Those responsible are happy to review the recipe. Perhaps they will be able to make one or two refinements that are more reminiscent of the previous recipe and the gourmet moments associated with it? @ Lily1966: In this context, I also informed the specialist department about your wish to have the blackberry variant - which has actually not been part of our range for some time - back in our shop. I hope my efforts are in your interest. Kind regards, Tabea

I just reported exactly the same thing 10 minutes ago via the contact form before I saw your posts. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the Delice Raspberry here either. But I did find it in the store: https://www.migros.ch/de/product/mo/10750497 I'm also hugely disappointed. I also wrote that Migros was the only one I could find with this product, because the competition only offers standardized jam, syrup and sauce desserts. And now Migros is catching up. What's more, the picture on the packaging is misleading, to say the least. Migros is in danger of once again coming top of the consumer magazine rankings for customer deception. What a pity... The production machine must be dismantled so that Migros can become the sole owner again :) before the competition reads along and buys the old machine cheaply. P.S. It should generally be easier to rate the products. When I click on the product in the online store, I want to give or read my rating there straight away. Now they have to wait until they notice that the beloved delicacy is no longer being bought. And that may take a while before the last fool realizes that Delice is just as bad, but can be bought cheaper at Aldi and the like. Unfortunately, our few reviews here don't carry too much weight. But hope dies last. And if the Delice does turn out to be good again, how will I know? Will it say 'the good old recipe again'? And the stupid small-print note 'Serving suggestion' is no longer there?

A great pity indeed. I have just tried the new Délice and am equally disappointed. It is no longer the same product - just the same branding on a now unfortunately inferior product. Presumably new buyers can be found for it, but I don't think anyone who liked the original Délice will buy this new version twice.

And what is the deception supposed to be?

The misleading thing is when you interpret the picture on the packaging, i.e. it has whole raspberries in it. Especially when it's had whole fruit in it for decades and now it doesn't and there's a very small label next to the picture that says 'Serving suggestion'. But only once and never again. I only paid 2 Fränkli for the rip-off...

Practical "misdirection" with regard to packaging and content is already appropriate. Anyone who knows the product from before and after will understand this. Legally, the term "serving suggestion" will certainly work and technically allow the use of the almost unchanged graphic presentation despite the completely new content - but it doesn't change the misleading nature of those looking for the old Délice. I'm sure everyone at Migros who hasn't just started working there yesterday understands this.

And now in German? Then you can't change the recipe in any product... And I'm not aware that you have to screw it on anywhere. What's more, Emmi produces the product, so Emmi will no longer be able to make the product in this way. I tried the Delice today. The product is still very fine, maybe a slight change as it has no pieces. But it is very similar to the old one. If someone writes this as inedible, then this person has really never experienced hunger...

I absolutely agree with this opinion. The sour cream at the top is now thick and yoghurt-like and the fruit mass at the bottom now tastes artificial and more like confi. The product now corresponds to the Excellence yogurts and should be renamed as such. Migros only takes our comments seriously when the product is selling badly, otherwise nobody cares. By dismantling the machine, they have probably saved a few francs on paper.
