The rating system is too complicated. If I give a bottle of mineral water 5 stars, that should be enough. What kind of comment am I supposed to leave??? Please come up with something, or I’ll stop enjoying the rating process.

I understand your point. Mineral water—with or without—there’s not much to rate there. With other products, of course, it’s a whole different story ;-).
You can read in detail here why reviews with text are relevant to us: https://migipedia.migros.ch/de/forum/migipedia/migros-produktbewertungen-was-soll-das-ganze. In short: only when we know what you like or don’t like about our products can we improve them.
I’ll be completely honest with you: if you happen to come across another mineral water to rate, just skip it and pick a product for which you’d like to leave an honest—and perhaps a bit more detailed—review.
