Where or how can I exchange a defective hearing aid box without a receipt?
Here in Einsiedeln I was refused an exchange because there is no receipt left.

As the receipts are available online for 24 months, you can print them out or take a photo.

I was told that they could not start an "exchange process" without a receipt. When I pointed out that the box was only available at migros, they said "it's still not possible"

Apparently there is no solution. I will now dispose of the box and figures. Too bad migros....

The box can be exchanged at the m electronic store upon presentation of the receipt.
You can select the box on the Storybox homepage and then check which store has boxes in stock. The exchange is then possible there.

All your purchases/receipts are available in your Cumulus account, provided you showed your Cumulus card when you made the purchase.
If you use the Migros app, you can also access it there....
