My children just wanted to watch the Animal Planet Mania album together with the Migros Play app, but this part of the app won't load. The loading bar always stays at 0% for me and my husband. Is there a technical problem with the app at the moment?

Now the Animal Planet menu item has disappeared completely from the app. I have also reinstalled the app on a trial basis. Surely it can't be that this is taken out of service after a few years?

Many thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately, it has still "disappeared". We also tried reinstalling the app - which unfortunately meant that we had to completely re-scan all the figures. What a pity. Hope we can find a solution.
