My children just wanted to watch the Animal Planet Mania album together with the Migros Play app, but this part of the app won't load. The loading bar always stays at 0% for me and my husband. Is there a technical problem with the app at the moment?
Why are you posting here, many people seem to have the problem, it would be easier to find an answer in a forum than 100 people writing an email one by one
Hello Bodenseeknusperli I was happy to enquire again at your request, as I do not work in the department responsible for Migros APP Play. The functionalities are no longer supported. We are sorry, but unfortunately the Animal Planet Mania from 2019 can no longer be used in the Migros Play app. Kind regards Sofia

It's exactly the same with our son. The more people write/call customer service, the more likely they are to change their minds. I'm also thinking about reporting this to Kassensturz.
