Apparently we didn't understand each other. I'll explain again. I have the Migros account on my cell phone. My wife wants to access my Migros account from her cell phone. Unfortunately, Google doesn't accept my email address when I log in and takes my wife's email address. So my wife gets her own Comulus card number and it can't be linked to mine. Even though I'll soon be 4x 20, I'm not that stupid.

I'm not saying that either, but what does Google have to do with it? ↵My parents are over 80 (no cell phone/PC), but don't really have their long-standing DECT phone under control, so 👍 you're dealing with the devil's stuff 😉↵I've installed the app on three devices and can log in with the Migros login without any problems.

Yes, the same Cumulus number on all devices. When I want to log out in the Migros app, I am warned that all data will be deleted and must be re-entered. Cumulus account via browser: If the wife has a separate M-Login, she must explicitly log out in the browser if automatic login is active and then log in with your M-Login.

Either log in on both devices via the web browser at www.migros.ch > Cumulus, using the same login details; or install the app on both devices and log in using the same login details. If the app causes problems (presumably Android, if Google), then simply log in via the web browser. This has worked for us so far without any major problems (i.e. web browser; we don't all have the app).

Hello Fridamarie You can create your own M-Login account on the Migros website and then select the option Link Cumulus to link the existing Cumulus card. If you no longer have the Cumulus initial password to hand (you can normally find the password at the top right of the account statement if it has never been used before), you can select the option "Forgot Cumulus password". Please note: Please enter the Cumulus number without spaces and the cardholder's surname. After submitting, you will receive either an e-mail or a password letter, depending on whether your e-mail address is stored in the Cumulus customer base. As soon as the account is linked, you can log in to the Migros APP with your own M-Login and use it. If you still have difficulties with the login, you are welcome to contact us on 0848 85 0848 or send an e-mail to cumulus@migros.ch. Best regards Sofia

Hello dear Migros I wanted to log in with my new cell phone in migros app unfortunately does not work here it works without problem as well as on old cell phone.it says our system is fully paused but only on the new cell phone.can you please help me.Lg Simunovic Klaudija

If the Migros app displays the message "Our system is probably paused", this usually means that the cell phone has no connection to the internet. So first establish a connection to the Internet and then start the app.
