Are these really all real (i.e. no AI ratings) ratings? Even at night? For some time now there has been so much, you can't keep up with reading, so you don't read at all, and therefore useless for us readers...........

Not everything is a bot, but I think it's naive to assume that there aren't any, at least there are always some in the forum and you happily reply to them without realizing it, I even pointed it out. Well, trust has been squandered and you suspect bots behind everything. But so be it, your actions here are always very well thought out, we've already seen that several times, you're never out of line, but as I said, I don't read the reviews anymore. That's why. Too bad.
I can only agree! This is no longer normal, and especially at night, it can't be. I'm one of those people who gets up when others go to bed, so I see what's "normal" at night. But that's clearly controlled. I don't read any more either, because the respective actions with ratings, or games, etc.... are just annoying and nonsensical. Well, Migipedia is no longer what it was. You can abolish it, it's untrustworthy and uncontrolled.
Hello everyone I'm reading along diligently and would like to say a few words about it. We have ruled out a bot. Why? The reviews come from the Migros app, as we can see in our evaluations. Since last Tuesday, a post has been running there asking customers to rate their purchases. This post is being clicked on like crazy and many customers are writing reviews. But, and I hope I'm not offending anyone, not all of them make sense. 4 stars and a space as text or a . doesn't do anyone any good and we delete a lot of these reviews - maybe not immediately, but over the next few days. As for the review in the app, it ends at midnight tonight. You know, our customers normally write between 35,000-40,000 reviews per month. Now it was 60,000 in one week. By the way, I'll be posting another article here in the forum this week explaining "what this is all about with the reviews". Best regards Philipp
Sorry Philipp, but the "there are no bots" is definitely not true! Have you looked at the screenshot? It couldn't be any clearer.

Hello Magnoliapower Then I would like to clarify my answer. Yes, there are bots in the forum that like to share links, for example. But the many reviews of the last few days, which are extremely "unhelpful", come from users who rate their purchases. Best regards and en Guete, Philipp

The last few days again tons of false reviews by AI. Migipedia has thus become completely untrustworthy and totally falsifies the product ratings. Migipedia is no longer useful and people no longer read it. Migipedia can be discontinued...

Difficult, difficult. If Migros sticks to the fact that there are no AI answers and BOTS in here. 🤔 It seems to me that Migipedia is just an annoying forum for Migros.

No sooner had Fabrice Zumbrunnen taken over the helm at FMCG than he not only started the sales orgy (IBA, Office World, EKZ Glatt, Globus), but also closed the Migros fan store. At the time, I was already expecting Migipedia to be scrapped as well. But instead they are making new, boring profile pictures with a design reminiscent of the "Nature Clean" plaster line - especially the green ones, of course. The quality of Migros' responses here on Migipedia suggests that it won't be long before they say goodbye to this forum.

It would also make sense, because with the false ratings that are not deleted, it is no longer of any use. You just get annoyed and don't read anything anymore.
