Sorry, but pasteurized milk is of higher quality than ultra-pasteurized milk.
Raw milk -> pasteurized -> ultra-pasteurized -> UHT
Theoretically, you get a higher-quality product at a discount price... I suspect the price was the deciding factor for many people when it came to this product.

I buy the UHT milk because it lasts much longer without refrigeration! I don't need a higher-quality product.
