is still exciting: this morning I rated the new product "Pollo mediterranea" from Anna's Best rather negatively with 2 stars ... and now the product has disappeared from the selection! - Is there censorship going on here?

...is there no "report function" e.g. in the profile so that you can report such "annoying saws" directly to those responsible?
Hello 47
There is a "Report objectionable content" option next to every forum post under "Options".
There have been several suggestions in the past to introduce blocking options and thumbs down, but the Migipedia team always rejects them.
Unfortunately, they also do not keep the promise made here to consistently block any new accounts of the user in question. If you draw the Migipedia team's attention to new registrations, you will always receive the reply that they are monitoring this and will take action if necessary.

Hello everyone
The information from@Geh-heim-Dienstis correct - you can report offensive/inappropriate content and we will look at it or remove it.
We are also constantly in the process of blocking new accounts of already blocked users. However, to prevent us from having a forum full of "deactivated users", we have decided on an alternative blocking option in which the profile picture and name are retained. However, the effect for the deactivated user is the same: the user can no longer post new articles in the forum and can no longer rate products or ask questions about them.
Best regards

Hello Tanja
Thank you for this information.
Would it be possible for you to somehow make it clear that the user is blocked? For example, by changing the status message to "Blocked"? Then it would at least be clear to us that you are acting. Besides, these status messages are more likely to be abolished anyway: "ivan92" says "bestselling author" of all things...

Hi @Tanja_Migros
But you should also delete the junk so that the contributions disappear and the stars are booked back, which represent the product so falsified! On the old platform you could delete posts - then the stars and any likes were deducted!

Thank you for this input@Geh-heim-Dienst. I can understand the request. I'll look into this with the team and we'll find a solution to make banned users recognizable to you.
Provided, of course, that their posts remain in the forum.

I already know about "report content" thanks, I was more interested in the fact that such people can be reported directly, because I suspect that this user has various profiles, some of which are already a few years old, have a nice evening.
Hello 47
I realize what you mean; that's why I pointed out that the Migipedia team always rejects such suggestions.
I would also prefer it if we users had more and better reporting options which - at least for the time being - also have an effect without a moderator first having to observe and check and discuss and then act; especially as Migipedia is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, but is not managed by moderators at all at night and at weekends and (at least it seems so) only partially during the day (often only towards the evening).
