Standard answer!!! And the demand was huge!!! Migros is shooting itself in the foot. Because Coop now has the same mozzarella with the same nutritional values. Migros is falling behind, everyone else is ahead...
Yes, the high protein mozzarella from Coop (https://www.coop.ch/de/lebensmittel/milchprodukte-eier/abgepackter-kaese/frischkaese-mozzarella/mozzarella-ricotta/high-protein-mozzarella-3x40g/p/6529961?context=search) actually has the same nutritional values. However, I'm not a fan of these high-protein products because they are simply too expensive for me. The mozzarella -60% fat from Coop (https://www.coop.ch/de/lebensmittel/milchprodukte-eier/abgepackter-kaese/frischkaese-mozzarella/mozzarella-ricotta/mozzarella-60-fett/p/5772470?context=search) comes close in terms of nutritional values and is cheaper, plus I think it's still good. I think the best is the mozzarella light from Lidl (own brand).

I fully understand your disappointment and anger. However, it is a fact that demand was very modest, which was ultimately the reason for the discontinuation. Hi, I work at Migros and the YOU Mozzarella has been replaced by the OH! High Protein Mozzarella. This has the same nutritional values and ingredients as the YOU Mozzarella.

Interestingly, the Coop High Protein Mozzarella has exactly the same nutritional values🤔 It's from Züger, does the one from Migros have a CH number on it, would it be the same? Then you could avoid it.
Migros You Mozzarella was/is also from Züger, so it's the same product. However, it is significantly more expensive at Coop (120 g for CHF 2.25, at Migros 160 g for CHF 2.20). In the meantime, M has changed the branding/packaging and now sells it as HIGH Protein Mozzarella under the label Oh! 🤦♂️ At least still at the same price. So purely a marketing measure (alignment with Coop?) and not a hidden price increase as I first suspected...
