Lately, the responses have deteriorated noticeably because the "community managers" don't know the subject matter or don't take the time to read up or ask whether the topic or product has already been covered.

The name should be chosen so that you know whether you are dealing with a trainee, stagiaire, outsider, outsourcer, guest, moderator or manager. Of course, everything with nice-sounding English designations from junior to senior...¨!

I don't think it's much use for these Migros community managers to introduce themselves. After all, they are at the lowest level of the hierarchy and only have to forward complaints to the right place and at best publish an answer here that they have received from the department. Our team is organized in such a way that we can always represent each other and we are not only active on Migipedia but also on all other channels. Although the product images are only available to you, they look rather ridiculous in their presentation.

We've already had the discussion about the constant changes in the team and the lack of information; suddenly some interns were writing and then they were gone again. It was quite a mess. When asked about this, they promised that in future they would inform us that XY would be joining the team before the person started writing, but instead of this being done, the team page was removed, so that we no longer have any overview of who is (still) part of the team and who is not. I think that's a shame, because I would really like to have a page like that again. Not only because there are always smart alecks signing up who use the words MIGROS, MIGI and CUMULUS in their names. Even if you always have the orange M in front of your name, some people have not noticed this and it leads to confusion. A team page would make it easier to get an overview.

I have already commented on the statuses and I still think that they should be removed.
