Wouldn't it be possible/great to replace the small cumbersome plastic bags for filling fruit/vegetables with reusable cloth bags (e.g. with a Migros logo for inspection), which could be used to reduce the eternal waste of plastic. These small bags are useless and often tear.

Thank you@phdegenauchfor this suggestion. We have already thought about whether we could replace the plastic bags for vegetables with these or similar cloth bags or paper bags. The "problem" with reusable bags is that they are often forgotten - in other words, consumption would only be partially reduced. In relation, production is then more complex, more expensive and less ecological than the super-thin plastic bags. We have therefore decided to keep these bags for the time being.

But this is certainly not a final decision. Migros is very interested in acting sustainably and is continuing to examine and test alternatives.
