I'd be interested to hear what the forum participants think about the new forum. So, go ahead and post your opinion here!

Hi Cinderella1925 I don't post much anymore because the new forum has really annoyed me lately, it's so time consuming to have to scroll through all the articles, it's totally confusing for me. The old forum was much better in this respect... I'll try to be a bit more active again ;-) Hm, somehow I can't find the emojis anymore (computer)...
Hello smartcoyote, I'm glad you got in touch. The smilies are gone, it's not your computer. But without the overview page, it would be too difficult to find out where Philipp_Migros posted this. Even in his profile you can only see the beginning of the texts and who he replied to, but not in which thread. I'm also having a lot of trouble with the new forum. And if I keep scrolling and scrolling and there's a Russian spammer in the way every few threads (especially at the weekend) (as tedious as the forum is now, I don't even report them anymore), I'll give up at some point.

He writes here that the emojis work on smartphones, but asks for patience on computers: https://migipedia.migros.ch/de/forum/ankuendigung-neues-forum-neues-communityprofil?reply=c319e333-64a4-4f7c-8eb1-cef482dfdf46 So they are only temporarily gone.

This is exactly the post I was thinking of. The sentence "For the use of emojis on the computer or laptop I have to ask you for patience." I didn't understand that they were talking about the computer and not that the smilies will be reintroduced on the forum. I can already use them on the computer with the keyboard, I don't even have a cell phone ??♀️ ❤️ . To summarize: we should have patience, I have had patience, the smilies now work on my computer, but that's all there is to it. Or as you seem to think.

Again to smartcoyote : can you copy/paste smilies from the forum here ? If you have a cell phone, could you send an email with your favorite smilies to your computer and then copy/paste those smilies to the forum ? ❤️

@Cinderella1925 I'm not saying that emojis will come back on the computer, Philipp is. Today, however, he's being a little more cautious, writing that he's not ruling out the return of emojis. https://migipedia.migros.ch/de/forum/update-1-weiterentwicklung-migipedia-forum?reply=a6a65a70-9eb3-4fa6-9f83-86c8142a8a0f I'm glad that I (almost) consistently don't use these things.
A general one-line overview of the topics is missing.
So that my contribution is finally listened to/read/dealt with, I'm posting another post here. My main comment on this: Index/table of contents of all forum titles, so I can get ahead faster and don't have to scroll my fingers...

It's already been answered elsewhere. They're collecting and they're on it. It just takes time.
I hope that the advertising spam would finally get under control, even if it's only for 5 or more postings. It's a bit sloppy that such a large forum still has so many advertising posts, and sometimes they stay there over the weekend. But I'm sure something will be done?
It's probably not that simple. The Russian bots do not register as normal members and are therefore not bound by their rules. With my forum provider, they sneak in via the contact form (if available). On my small forum, I also prevent social media buttons and referencing by search engines. But this is just a small forum with no ambition to attract new members. So far I've actually been spared from the spammers, but that may yet come.
